My story is probably a very familiar one with lots of people. My problem with weight started after I had my three sons when I put on a stone with each one!
I look forward to continuing this way of eating for the rest of my life… It’s by far the best change I’ve made to my diet.
I just know that 5:2 is a way of life for me and it has taught me to really appreciate food. It has changed my life for the better resulting in me being a happier, confident and slimmer lady!
My biggest tip is to find the right headspace before you start…I think once your thoughts are in the right place, everything else follows.
